Using a mobile phone while driving: Start-stop system does not protect against fines

The President of the TMV, Thomas Kroker, and the Chief Executive Officer of the TMV, Patrick Meinhardt, met with the Deputy Chairman of the SPD Parliamentary Group, Detlef Müller, before Christmas. Müller is responsible for transport policy in Berlin.
