In the Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg, a model of the autonomous shuttle “HOLON urban” is being driven for the first time. At the same time, the identically built vehicle is gathering further experience in public road testing on Hamburg’s streets.

The fully electric minibus is now available to order in Germany with up to seven seats. New equipment details and additional charging options are expected to further increase everyday practicality.

The manufacturer expands Transporter Kombi and Caravelle with the Shuttle DIN, Shuttle Flex and Shuttle Comfort variants. The models were developed for different requirements in shuttle service and are available to order now.

(dpa/mv) The district of Ludwigslust-Parchim is testing a new mobility concept for rural areas. By 2028, passengers are to be transported without drivers – on demand, by booking, and entirely without a fixed timetable.

The specialist in minibuses is not only expanding its production capacities but also its distribution network in Europe. The extensive product portfolio ranges from school to city to tour buses with various types of drivetrains.
