European Taxi Fair

The European taxi trade fair continues to grow: In early November, Hall 1 at Koelnmesse will become the meeting point for taxi and rental car companies from across Europe. In addition to 93 exhibitors, political debates, future mobility topics, and a raffle with a BYD Seal Plug-in Hybrid as the grand prize are on the agenda.

On November 6 and 7, the taxi and rental car industry will meet in Cologne. The trade fair reports more than 80 exhibitors. Around 40,000 companies have meanwhile received the invitation booklet with information about the exhibition and the accompanying program.

Save the date! In November, Cologne will once again become the meeting place for the taxi and rental car industry. On 6 and 7 November 2026, the European Taxi Fair will open its doors on the Koelnmesse grounds in Deutz. After the restart in 2024, the fair continues to grow.

With innovative electric taxis like the XC40 Recharge and EX30, special conditions for association members, and targeted partnerships with the hotel and mobility services industry, Volvo has shown a strong presence in the taxi segment for years. Whether it's free taxi packages or continually optimized models, Volvo remains a partner of the taxi industry.

The trade fair has been held every two years in November for decades. After a one-time break, the fair last opened its doors again in Cologne in November 2024. FPN Managing Director Dr. Michael Stehr presented the contract for the Taxi Fair 2026 in the cathedral city.
